We believe that the best way to lead is by example, and that serving others as a public servant is a wonderful example to be.
To us, this is leadership in the true sense of the word. Bread of Compassion thrives to instill this passion for service in
our staff, our volunteers, our contributors and in the people that we serve, so their desire to serve others grows.
Our staff and volunteers are people from around the world who see that the world can be better place than it is, and are determined
to do something about it. They are from all walks of life - some professionally trained and eager to lend their skills to a cause, and others who
just want to help in whatever way they are able.
Our leaders are people with a life-long dedication to public service. Many have a great deal of experience in coordinating international
humanitarian trips for decades, while others are being raised up within the organization and are being trained to organize their own projects.
